Kotsimana Studio  

Kotsimana Studio is a newly refurbished apartment forming part of Alison and David Green’s renovated home in the popular fishing village of Kassiopi.
Although situated within the village (the square is a 10 minute walk away), the studio is away from the main thoroughfare, offering a peaceful and relaxing refuge from the busy summer life of the village.
Kassiopi itself has an enviable selection of bars and tavernas, most of which are gathered around the village square, or close to the picturesque fishing harbour,  where you can still  buy fresh fish straight off the boat for your evening barbeque!

Comfortable Holiday Living
Comfortably sleeping two people, this tastefully appointed modern apartment offers that little bit extra for relaxed holiday living.  
The well equipped galley kitchen includes a full oven and hob, fridge / freezer, as well as a range of “all new” small electrical appliances that you would expect.  
The shower room is tastefully tiled in “earth” colours, and includes a double-width shower, with shower attachment above.
The sleeping area contains a quality double bed, large wardrobe with both hanging and drawer space, and dressing table with three-way mirror.
The living area comprises table and chairs, flat screen TV, DVD and CD players.
Mosquito screens are fitted to all windows.
The owners have tried to decorate the studio very much along the lines of their own home, and as a result, the space has a decidedly “home-from-home” feel to it!
Your Own Outside Space
The whole house, of which the studio forms a part, is set in grounds of around 1500 sq.mtrs., consisting of a small olive grove and numerous fruit trees.
The studio benefits from a large terrace which catches the sun from mid morning until evening, with stunning views up the mountains beyond the trees.
The terrace is perfect for sunbathing (loungers provided), taking an afternoon “siesta”, or having your own barbeque. (Although if Ali and David are firing theirs up, you’ll likely get an invite!)
There is also ample parking for your hire car…..right outside your door!
